What specific Forms of Physical Damage repair do you offer ?

Our Physical Damage Repair services include the following:

  • Bottom Cover Repair – The bottom of your laptop has some damage.
  • Top Cover Repair – the top part of your laptop has some damage.
  • Palmrest Repair – the area around or including your mousepad is damaged.
  • Hinges Repair – simply, the hinges on your laptop don’t work right.
  • Other Component Repair – if you have other problems, bring it by and let us look at it.

Do you offer Data recovery services?

Yes we do. Our Data Recovery service will do whatever we can to get any and all data that you need, off of the computer’s hard drive and onto a separate storage device. Even if you think your computer is junked, if you want the files back, we should be able to get them for you.

Should i repair my old laptop or get a new one?

This is, unsurprisingly a question that we get a lot. It’s also hard to answer and depends on a few things. Age, wear & tear, frequency of use, and the cost to repair! Our techs can talk to you about it, and if the price of the repair is greater than the cost of a replacement or it’s close, we will give our honest opinion and let you know.

How do i know if i need a windows re-install on my laptop/desktop?

How much does a windows re-install cost?
